I. Purposes and Characteristics of this Copper Ingot Casting Machine Production Line:

The ingot casting machine production line is mainly used for automatic liquid distribution and stepless speed regulation (manual speed regulation can also be adopted) to improve production efficiency and ensure the uniform weight of ingot blanks.
This equipment is of a linear type. The maximum processing speed is 8T - 10T/h; the production capacity is up to 18 pieces per minute. The weight of each copper ingot is 8 - 10 kg/piece, and the hourly output is approximately 8 - 10 tons of copper ingots.
The newly independently developed chains can greatly reduce frictional resistance, relieve the burden on the power system, enhance mobility and prolong the service life of the machinery.
Based on the calculation of the load-bearing weight of the casting machine, a 4KW AC adjustable-speed motor is selected as the driving motor, and the frequency conversion method is chosen for speed regulation, enabling stepless speed regulation.
Liquid Distribution System: The distributor is used for automatic pouring, and the distributor can complete the pouring process in one step with no gaps.
Cooling Method: Due to the fast solidification of copper ingots, natural air cooling is adopted to keep the surface of copper ingots smooth.
